Terms of Agreement between Artist or Individual between Angelcasts
Terms & Conditions of Service
1. Lead Times & Scheduling
All project timelines are agreed in advance based on current workload and production requirements.
Any delays in the client supplying materials, approvals, or required information may result in revised delivery dates.
Requests to shorten agreed lead times are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Acceptance of such requests is at the sole discretion of the supplier.
2. Scope of Work & Revisions
The quoted price includes only the work outlined in the agreed specification.
Any additional changes, revisions, or adjustments requested after work has commenced — including design alterations, refinements, or rework — will be treated as additional work. This may incur extra charges and extended timelines.
3. Client Approval
Work will proceed based on approved designs, dimensions, or samples provided or agreed upon by the client.
Once approval has been given, any subsequent changes may require rework, additional cost, and revised delivery times.
4. Communication & Updates
Project updates will be provided at key stages of production.
Frequent or ad hoc requests for additional updates, progress images, or ongoing consultation outside of these stages may not be accommodated and, where possible, may be treated as additional billable time.
5. Project Delays
If a project is delayed due to the client (including late approvals, changes, or lack of communication), the project may be paused and rescheduled within the production queue.
Resuming work may be subject to new lead times based on current workload.
6. Expedited Work (Rush Orders)
Requests for accelerated timelines may be accepted subject to availability and will incur a rush fee.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the project quote or invoice.
Work may not commence until any required deposit has been received.
Final delivery may be withheld until full payment has been made.
8. Cancellation & Withdrawal
The supplier reserves the right to withdraw from a project where agreed terms are not adhered to, including repeated changes to scope, timelines, or communication expectations.
In such cases, work completed to date will be invoiced, and any uncompleted work will be cancelled.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Acceptance of any quote, invoice, or commencement of work confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
