David Cruickshank - 'Comet' and 'Knuckle'
Originally 'Comet' was a 1m sculpture, we scanned and miniaturised into a limited edition series at 30cm high. This exclusive edition is made from bronze and verdis gris.
The second of David Cruickshanks creations is 'Knuckle' originally a small piece of wood. This has been scaled up to around 60cm and cast in bronze resin and verdis gris
These pieces were then exhibited at Sussex Craft Week.

'Mother and Child' David Cruickshank 2024
A cold cast bronze sculpture was created from a small wooden carving originally carved in 87. This was then scaled three times the size to create a new installation of the piece in some private grounds.
'Karate Kid' - Tony Evans
Tony Evans is a prolific north west artist who creates stunning figures, although mostly wild life in sheet copper. You can see his work at Chester cathedral.
The 'Karate Kid' was challenging to mould because the piece is entirely hollow but not impossible and we were able to create a stunning aged cold cast bronze sculpture as a one off edition.
'Lily' - Penge East Railway Station
Lily became infamous at Penge East Railway Station, where she would sit and greet commuters. Some people would go specifically to sit with her at the station. On her passing the community fundraised to create a foundry bronze sculpture of her to be installed at the station.
Angelcasts donated their time to create the sculpture from clay to Foundry bronze.
The piece is yet to be released and installed.
Miniature Chess Set
Originally we created a Indian heritage outoor chess set for a private commission. We then scanned and miniaturised this to create a beautiful limited edition set complete with travel box created in India and handmade bag from Indian block print fabric from Rajasthan. All the chess pieces ere magnetised to create the perfect travel set.
Indian Outdoor Chess Set
Created in fibreglass these elegant chess pieces were individually sculpted around a client brief and then moulded and cast. From 6 scale drawings to sculpture, mouldmaking and casting. They were then professionally finished in black and gold and red and gold and delivered across the country.
The chess set was designed around Indian heritage and a celebration of chess as a game with pieces that can used outside on a large outdoor board.
