Privacy matters
Safety at our studio is a number one priority and we are fully insured and professionally trained in the trade of Life Casting from the London College of Fashion. Ami who undertakes all the life casting sessions, is a female life caster with over 12 years casting experience for Film, TV, Fashion, Artists and Individuals of all ages. We can work with you if you have any health or physical health concerns prior to booking and during your casting session.
Aside from pouring and melting the Foundry Bronze which is done with an expert local Foundry with good discretion who we have worked with for nearly 10 years. Everything is created in house meaning we have complete control over projects to ensure a timely finish and that your data, moulds, pictures and process is secure.
You are welcome to take photos of the casting process however we will not share any images of the casting without your signed permission. We work regularly with celebrities and will be happy to sign an NDA where necessary or work with you to release images on the run up to the release of your product, show or feature.
Storage
For all fingerprint and pet print moulds created or sent to us at the studio for jewellery. These moulds will be stored indefinitely or returned on request for free at an additional tracked postage charge of £12. We will not send these back with the jewellery and will always post separately when asked to prevent any potential loss.
For all general moulds for body and hand castings. These are all recycled and/or destroyed unless otherwise requested. We only keep memorial moulds.
For Artistic services such as mould making for artists and creating castings for exhibition. These can be stored for a limited time and should be collected where possible, if they are not being used for immediate creation.
GDPR
At a casting booking session, you will sign a booking slip to confirm the order is correct and your preferred image permissions regarding your sculpture. We will not share anything without this being signed and confirmed by yourself. Your contact and purchase details may be shared for accounting purposes. Otherwise everything is designed around you and your chosen level of privacy.
