Shipping Policy

All of our Jewellery products & Print Kits are sent fully insured with Royal Mail.

 

Some of our metal castings are sent via DPD depending on location and are fully insured. However most castings or sculpture work is delivered by us to ensure safe delivery whilst removing the cost of expensive art couriers.

Return & Exchange Policy

Jewellery Returns

If you change your mind after making a purchase, we will refund you in full if you can return the print kit back to us in resalable condition or we will minus the cost of the kit off your return. Because most of our orders are made bespoke we cannot refund if we have started making your order or we will have to remove the cost of the metals and work done till that point.

 

If your jewellery arrives damaged in anyway or incurs a fault within 6 months of wearing without sustaining some external damage we will fix for free and pay for return postage. After 6 months we will charge a small fee depending on the type of damage to fix.

We will happily resize any ring for free and we can repolish any jewellery for you too.

Sculpture/Casting Returns

When working with a client to produce a mould, sculpture or casting, we will keep you informed especially through the design stages and sign off all details prior to each stage of making, avoiding any potential problems of being dissatisfied with the final product. If at any point you are unhappy with the casting or sculpture, we will work with you to find the right colour or material to capture your design.
